GLOBAL COLLECTION ASIA
After more than 30 years of traveling the globe, collecting hand-crafted pieces from the roads less-traveled, I have joined forces with a group of expat designers to combine our passion and knowledge of travel and discovery, bringing a curated assortment of home furnishings from around the world.
Global Collection Asia is that new venture.
It was important to establish an organization that not only brings back unique home accessories and rare antiquities, but also gives back to small villages in need. A portion of Global Collections' proceeds will help fund clean water initiatives; infrastructure issues, and the general necessities of villages from where certain items were crafted or found.
The Collection consists of curated items from Bhutan; Cambodia; China; Indonesia; Laos, Myanmar; Nepal; Singapore; Thailand; Tibet and Vietnam. Each piece, whether it be hand-made door handles; antique statues or spinning tops; silver-rimmed horn or shagreen items, or bespoke bone walking sticks, tells a story.
Global Collection representatives have lived (or now live) in Hong Kong, London, New York, Singapore, Australia and India. All have traveled extensively throughout the Far East and beyond.
